Certificate to Foreign Government (CFG)
A Certificate to Foreign Government is a document used for the export of pharmaceuticals and medical devices that are produced and sold in the United States. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the government agency which issues this type of certification. If your company is exporting products to a member country of the Hague convention, the destination country government receiving the products will request a Certificate to Foreign Government which guarantees that the product are in compliance with U.S. laws and U.S. regulations.
