The office of the Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler in Denver issues Apostilles and Authentications to original Colorado documents including birth, death and marriage certificates, high school and university diplomas and transcripts.

Do you need a copy of your marriage license, divorce decree?
You may request certified copies from the County Clerk that issued the documents in the first place.
Do you need to apostille a diploma and or transcripts from University of Colorado Boulder, Colorado State University or Denver University?
Please request a notarized replacement diploma and transcripts from the Registrar’s office at your alma mater, this has a fee of approximately $35 dollars.
Once you receive the notarized records, they are ready for apostille, send them to our office we will take care of the apostille process.
